Ingredients Required:

·         For Marinade and grilling-
o   2/3 cup of olive oil
o   ½ cup of fresh orange juice
o   1/3 cup of fresh lime juice
o   ¼ cup soy sauce
o   ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
o   3 tablespoons apple cider or red wine vinegar
o   4 garlic clove minced
o   1 pound skirt steak
o   Salt and Pepper to taste

·         For the Chimichurri sauce-
o   ½ cup fresh parsley
o   1 cup fresh Cilantro
o   ¼- 1/3 cup olive oil
o   ½ medium onion diced
o   3 garlic cloves
o   3 tbs. fresh lime juice
o   2 tbs. red wine vinegar
o   ½ teaspoon salt
o   ½ teaspoon Pepper
o   ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instruction to prep:-

 For the marinade and grilling-

1.      Whisk entire ingredients together and pour into a large Ziploc bag
2.      Add skirt steak to Ziploc bag with Marinade and allow to marinade 6 to 7 hours max depending on how thick the meat is
3.      When ready to grill, liberally season with salt and pepper
4.      Grill until golden brown and perfectly charred then allow to rest before slicing on a cutting board
For the Chimichurri

Add entire ingredients to a heavy duty blender or else food processor and blend waiting everything is chopped up and smooth then serve. Seriously that effortless!
